Hello everybody!

What can I say? I feel super happy in my body! I still have more energy, I have the lean body I always wanted, my skin is better and I feel very good mentally!

First of all, I was able to drop fat, which was my goal: I got from 19.8% to 13% and from a muscle mass of 47 kg / 103.61 lbs a 52 kg / 114.64 lbs (total weight from 61 kg / 134.48 lbs to 59 kg / 130.07 lbs)!

I got on the Transformation Eating Plan by Ben Handsaker - the AbStacker, which was made, of course, with the YOR Health product line!

YOR Health changed my life. Even though I am an athlete, I must admit that I used to live quite unhealthily. I had done the challenge before, but didn’t really focus on it and have a goal.

This time, I was motivated for the challenge. I felt I was now able TO DO IT!

My journey with YOR Health started just before being honoured Miss Handicap 2012 of Switzerland. That means that while promoting a better inclusion for disabled people and doing various missions, I have gone through a very busy period. Neither forgetting my studies at college, nor my sports career, I was very keen on doing everything. My philosophy; enjoy life, do everything you wish to do and be happy.

Unfortunately, I had a chronic and paralysing injury. I got severely brain injured in a horse accident in 2008. I was in a coma for a month and had a long re-education. I had to relearn to speak and walk again. I was looking for a solution. I tried so many things, but I never noticed any big changes.

When I started using the YOR Health products, I got some quick results in my energy: I went from not having any energy to being able to train an hour more, and then two. It does not seem much, but it was a great surprise to me. Tiredness was the most paralyzing thing for me, even more than my vision impairment (only 45% of vision field and 2-dimensional vision) and the coordination and balance difficulties I have. It was incredible to feel powerful again. Then, I recovered better while sleeping: I felt more powerful upon waking up. All that made me feel good through the entire day and I’ve been able to do more things than many others! Step by step, the pain in my joints (legs and back) decreased and disappeared. Thanks to the products, I feel stronger (both physically and mentally). I love having new challenges in life, and most of all, it is my passion to to help as many people as I can. Finally, although I am disabled and I used to compensate a lot, I could build muscle, lose fat and became a Winner of the YOR Best Body 8-Week Challenge! My goal is to show that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. If I can do it, so can you. Whatever you would like to reach, focus on it and do it. I would like to inspire as many people as possible.

Today, I am able to ride again and I am competing internationally for Switzerland in Para-Equestrian Dressage since 2010. I took part two times at the World Equestrian Games and my goal is to qualify for the Paralympic Games.

But what did I do to get those amazing results?

First, the eating plan with YOR Health Products was essential. Many thanks to Ben Handsaker for his fantastic coaching and advice.

I had 6 meals per day, including YOR Shakes. After each shake, I felt full and satisfied while dropping body fat and building muscle. Then, I made sure that I slept 6 to 8 hours per night and added 1 to 2 rest days to my workout regimen. Finally, I did one or two sport sessions of 30-60min daily. I trained with a coach more often than before (2x per week now, either pole dancing or at the gym). I did horse riding 4-5x per week and I train 3-4 times a week at the gym (weight training, pole dancing, coordination or balance exercises).

In the 7th week of my challenge, I was competing at the World Equestrian Games (para-equestrian dressage). I felt well prepared and I had a lot of energy and strength. I finished in 12th place!

Most importantly, for two years now, the YOR Health products helped me with my chronic tiredness. At the age of 24, it is hard... But now I have plenty of energy! IT"S FANTASTIC!
