"I get frustrated if I am out of my favorite Digestive Enzymes or the Probiotics because they have made such a difference to my well-being."
I began using the products because my husband (Sid Taberlay, YOR Health Athletic Advisor) was using them and loving the results! At the time I had gained a couple of pounds, even though I was eating healthy. I simply put that down to the higher sugar content in foods in America compared to what my body was used to with Australian foods. At the same time I wasn't happy about it and figured I would start using the YOR Health products.

I was a skeptic! Honestly, I was not convinced that any number of products would really make me feel any better. After all, I am young and have used other multi-vitamins on and off for years without any noticeable difference to my health. I really only began using the products consistently because Sid wanted me to try them. He could train all morning on a single MRP and was loving it! But this is where the story becomes interesting, because I didn't really see any improvement in my health. I was sure that I must be right, so I stopped using the products… cold. I didn't notice any difference for a couple of days but by day three, I was lethargic and feeling pretty average. It was only then that I realized that sometimes you don't miss something until you don't have it! Now, I get frustrated if I am out of my favorite Digestive Enzymes or the Probiotics because they have made such a difference to my well-being. I don't have as many headaches or cramps, have more energy at work and I think only two bouts of the common cold in two years is a pretty good innings!
