My name is Mónica Hernández Valdez, I’m 33 years old, I’m from León, Gto. México. I’m married and I have 2 children. I’m a Fitness Trainer and I’ve been doing this for the last 15 years. I’ve always liked to motivate people to exercise and enjoy sporting. During my trainer days with spinning, indoor rowing and TRX, I started feeling like being a competitor as well. I’ve been in the business for 7 years, and about 3 years ago, I began as a professional indoor rower, getting great results representing my country, México.
