Before using the YOR Health products, I didn’t know what good health meant. I just pictured people always eating broccoli and chicken most of the time to get their abs of steel. When I first started on the products, I was very active in the gym. But my diet was terrible, and as the years went by, I didn’t stay fully committed and slowly kept putting on weight and kept away from the gym.
I’ve been using the YOR Health products for almost three years now. I was never fully consistent with the products, and I had failed to complete numerous eight week challenges. When I started a challenge, halfway through, my bad habits would always overcome my good ones and I would turn back to eating fast food whenever I got the chance.
To make a long story short, we had just gone to the 2016 Annual Event in Vegas. I realized that American food tastes amazing and I had zero control when it came to what foods I was eating. I tried everything. The aftermath of eating all that amazing food was coming back to Australia and seeing the photos I had taken. I felt disgusted and shocked at the person that was in those photos because I didn’t recognize myself. The turning point for me was when we went to Universal Studios and my partner and I went to go on the Harry Potter ride. We were so excited, but when I sat down in the ride, the harness wouldn’t fit over my stomach and I was told to get off because I was too big. This hit me on an emotional level, but it was even worse that I felt like I had crushed my partner’s inner child because she was so excited for that specific ride.
When we came back from America, I jumped on the scale and I couldn’t believe it - my weight was 179kg. I was shocked, to say the least. It was then that I made the decision to fully commit myself to getting my health on track. I set out with the goal of losing 45kg. As soon as I started training again, I could feel how sluggish my body was and it was difficult getting back into the gym and eating correctly. But, I stayed committed to training at least once a day. With the never-ending support of my team always pushing me, I knew I could achieve my goals.
The YOR Health products have transformed my life. I have a lot more energy now, I sleep a lot better, I’m not a grumpy person, and overall, I feel healthy and amazing again. I’m a lot happier because my old clothes are starting to fit again and the clothes I purchased in America are hanging off me loosely. I set out to lose 45kg. I knew it was a massive goal, but it was more important to me to get my health on track. I now weigh 134kg and feel a lot lighter and so much healthier.
