the struggle behind a nice body TEST
I want to start my story by saying that a lot of people would look at my testimonial and laugh because I probably have the weight that most people wish to have but in order to maintain an average body is a struggle. A few months ago I used to be 10 pounds lighter, to be specific I used to weight 120. My weight would vary from 118 to 120 no more than that. Today I can say that I was a victim of society which thinks that way. I used to be in the diet of not eating at all just to maintain “my nice unhealthy body.”
As a result of my starvation diet I ended up with a huge anemia. It is a starvation diet that a lot of people follow just to look good. Today it’s funny to look back and remember, I used to get dizzy a lot and fell down because I didn’t have any energy. The only reason I used to starve was because in my little stupid world I found that everything that was cheap and affordable for me was going to get me fat because of the calories that cheap food contain. Even though I wanted to keep a nice body I can only keep up with those bad eating habits for so long.
At some point in my life I started eating like crazy and as a result of that I gained 10 pounds relatively fast. I know 10 pounds may not seem like a lot but for me it is. I can feel those extra pounds every time I walk. The way that YOR HEALTH is part of my story is because it is making me feel better and now I know that losing weight is not the most important thing; the most important thing is being healthy.
