18lbs. and Still Counting
I was always very active as a young boy and even as a teenager. I loved to play sports like basketball, football, and go bike riding. My high school years were when I was in the best shape of my life because I was on the football team and I spent a lot of my time in fitness training. I weighed 145 lbs. and I felt great.
However, when I went on to college my health began to go downhill from there. The physical activity was minimal; it consisted of me rolling out of bed, going to class and eating fast and cheap food. Things did not get any better as I graduated college and got a J.O.B (just over broke), which was what I was then. Working in the office, I just sat in front of a PC and ate anything and everything. I weighed 175lbs.; I was always tired and sluggish. I was 21 and looked like I was 30!
I needed something to change quickly because I did not like the direction I was headed in. That’s when I found YOR Health. After the first week of using the product I lost 5 lbs. and in the first 3 months I lost 18 lbs total! You can do the math on how much I weigh now. And I haven’t even started going to the gym consistently yet.
I’ve been taking 3 CompleteBurns a day, plus I have an MRP in the morning, a sandwich for lunch, and for dinner I’ll have a light meal with some sort of meat and vegetables.
