Six Pack Abs in Less Than 6 months? Absolutely, Thanks to YOR MRP!
I could not believe my eyes as I saw my stomach turn from a flabby embarrassment to an admiring awe inspiring six pack abs! My name is Richard Peralta and since I was 16 years old I been trying to get my six pack abs (although I always been skinny, muscle definition was a constant issue for me) and I tried everything that you can imagine! I tried countless “hurt my back sit ups”, I tried an endless “cramp my neck” crunches, and even machines that would do the flexing for my abs (yes, I was desperate) and that did not work. I did all those odd exercises or what I like to call them “abnormal movements of the body” for over 9 years and never could reach my goal.

Once I found my combination of Russian style abs exercises, running, and a diet that gave me results, I was able to get my six pack abs in 1 year and a half at the age of 25! I was the happiest person alive!

But then I experienced a tragic accident that left me unable to exercise for 2 whole years!!! To say the least I was devastated. Through those 2 years of not exercising I developed very poor eating habits and I lost my most cherished six pack abs and then had to rebuild my body from ground zero. I had to correct all my bad habits of laziness and eating the wrong foods; that took a long time.

After I got the okay from my doctor to start exercising I started to workout 3 months before YOR Health was launched, just to get myself back on track. I knew that it would take me another year and a half to get my body back. But I was more optimistic this time around since we were coming out with some health products. But I would never have expected that the MRP would provide me the amazing results that it has…and be so delicious! Vanilla is my favorite!

Before I started taking the MRP I would feel exhausted after running for 15 minutes and would need to indulge myself in quick sugar fixes to get some energy fast although I would crash a few minutes after. Then my muscles would be sore for at least 24 hours if not more…so I would have to keep resting up and then working out again and it would be such a long process.

But IMMIDIATELY before and after working out I would take my MRP with water and I felt more energy, I could last 25 minutes running with less fatigue and a better overall feeling afterwards. Then, my muscles would recover in 3 hours instead of 24hours if not more. I noticed that my muscles were getting more defined the more I used the MRP. My muscles would not get cramped up anymore, especially in my calves, and I would be able to do more for longer periods of time.
