Looks Aren’t Everything. How Do You Feel?
When people see me they always think I’m in great shape and in the past they were correct. I used to play soccer almost every day and had a very active life style but in the last few years I had less and less time to exercise because of work. Even though I never gained any excessive weight, I would feel less healthy; I didn’t have the energy or the stamina that I had before and I would always need coffee to get though my day. I would have to sleep earlier to let my body recharge.


I have been using YOR Health products for about 3 weeks now. I started by replacing the most important meal, breakfast, and “late snacks” at night. I like to take YOR MRP because I know my body is getting the protein, vitamins and minerals that I need in a meal.
I like to have 3 scoops of chocolate or vanilla with 12 oz of soymilk on the rocks, lol; sometimes I swirl it and do 2 vanilla scoops and 1 chocolate scoop.

I work out 3 times a week for 45min to an hour. I do a complete upper body workout targeting my biceps, triceps, chest, upper, and lower abdomen. I do 5 sets of 20 reps for all targeted areas. I start out with pushups. I then do curls for the biceps. After that I move onto my triceps by simply switching the direction of my curls to have my punch face out. For my chest I do butterfly motions using elastic bands. For my upper abdomen I do crunches. Lastly, I do leg lifts for my lower abdomen.

Since I started using it I lost 5lbs of fat and gained 3lbs of muscle and most importantly I got back my energy. I’m more awake during the day, I feel better and I’m not drinking coffee as much as I use to, and more importantly I am more productive. Thanks to YOR MRP I’m gaining muscle; something that I could never do with other products like way protein. In the future, my goal is to gain 8lbs of muscle and now I know I can do it because in a short time YOR MRP has given me results.
