Health & Co-Q10
I was introduced to YOR Health during my junior year of college. Health, wellness, and nutrition were never thoughts that came across my mind. Looking at it now, I can see how unhealthy I was living. First off, I used to think that being “unhealthy” meant you were overweight or you have a disease. I never thought that I was that “fat” so I figured I was in good health and that I can eat what I want, when I want. Exercise? I never found a need.
As I look back at my eating habits they were all off. Breakfast did not exist in my regimen. Also, I would find myself at times going through the day on just 1 meal, or worse yet, I would be eating the great tasting greasy foods such as chicken fingers, cheese quesadilla, fries, sodas, steak & cheese subs, etc. Here, I found myself gaining and maintaining the freshman 15 as they say. I weighed 115 lbs which I did not have a problem with, but what did bother me the most was my lack of confidence in my skin appearance. I tried A LOT of products out there that claimed to help reduce/rid acne. Nothing really worked; if it did it was with minimal results.
Now as I have been using all of YOR Health’s product line they have helped me out with better habits and nutritional consistency. Every morning I will first take all my capsule products together. I will take 1 Probiotic, 1 Digestive Enzyme, 1 Repair, 3 Essential Vitamins, and chase it down with an MRP. My breakfast is done and it gets my day started right with energy. After that I will usually drink my SuperGreens with juice. I redo the same process in the evening when I come home for the day. What I have found after using these products together in my first month was that I reduced my weight by 10lbs and I consistently just maintain at 105 lbs. Furthermore, when they said the Co-Q 10 in the Essential Vitamins helps to clear up skin, it did! My acne has reduced from little to none. I have more color in my skin and it’s so much SMOOTHER! I love it, every morning after I get ready I only put on just a bit of make up for enhancement. What a difference it is.
