A work in progress...9lbs and counting!
With all the activity I would do with sports, I could pretty much eat what I wanted. Until the summer of my senior year, when I was in a basketball camp that changed everything. I tore my ACL and cartilage in my knee; an MRI revealed that I needed to get surgery. After the surgery I continued my eating habits, as if I were still active. I gained 25lbs by the end of that summer. After I completed my physical therapy, I was determined to get the weight off. I tried going to the gym, dieting, not eating .I tried everything. I couldn’t get the weight off. When I did I gained it all back.

A few years had passed but around August of 2006 I had a rude awakening. My girlfriend broke up with me, I was 220lbs, and realized I needed to make a change. I was motivated to get the weight off so I resorted to synthetic fat burners and exercise. I had lost weight but discovered that some of the supplements I was taking were unhealthy. Luckily for me, YOR came to my rescue.

I started taking the YOR products on May 20th and at the time I weighed in at 192 lbs. Since then I have lost 7 lbs. I started drinking my MRP for breakfast and after my workout. In the morning I took one CompleteBurn, and before my workout I took two. I would workout for an hour 4 times a week focusing on cardio and light weights. Immediately I felt a difference in my energy; I would be able to extend my workout for half an hour more.

I could feel the difference because I was not as sore. I would add more weight to my exercises, longer periods of time and fewer aches in my body. I also took the YOR Essential Vitamin. I would take two in the morning and two at night. With the combination of these products I have lost weight at a faster pace, and have more energy. Best of all I will not gain the weight back.
