Seriously, good morning!
I used to think that as a college student it was normal to be exhausted all the time. To be exhausted when you wake up, to be exhausted through class, and then to be exhausted when you get home. Especially if you were a full-time student with a job, all the more reason to be so tired! Thanks to YOR Health, now I know that does not have to be the case!
Before, when my alarm went off, I used to constantly hit the snooze button for “just five more minutes” of rest. By the time I got out of bed it would be half an hour later, I would hardly have time to eat breakfast and I would get to class late.
