My New Beginning!
Before I started using YOR products, a couple of my friends and I decided to go in a weight loss contest that did not work out well and it got discontinued after few weeks. I weighed 144 lbs and I wasn’t happy with how I looked. That was when it really hit me; that I needed to change my eating and exercising habits. I knew it was not going to be easy to loose the weight, but I was committed.

I started a routine of going to the gym and doing cardio 4 to 5 days a week or I could enjoy the California Summer weather by jogging around my neighborhood. My main goal was to loose all the stored fat in my mid-section, upper legs, and under arms. I started eating oatmeal for breakfast, a healthy lunch such as chicken and veggies (my favorite food beside pasta). I let go of pasta, bread, and ice cream for as much as I could, but it was really hard to stay away from them. During the afternoon when cravings came, I couldn’t keep them away from me. Even though I exercised and tried to eat as healthy as possible, I only could lose a couple pounds because of the cravings in my diet. Then, I started feeling exhausted because it was not enough good nutrition for my body. Right after work I would go and take a nap and there were days that I couldn’t get up to do my afternoon jogging. I didn’t feel good because I knew I was going to go back to the same old habits of eating and not exercising.

Right when I felt that I had no hope to lose my weight and stay fit after trying so many times, sure enough YOR product came into my life. Even though I was doubtful about the products simply because they were “too good to be true”, I had nothing to loose but weight and inches. I decided to start by trying the Chocolate MRP mostly because of my cravings in the afternoon. My jeans and pants are getting loose and everybody complements me about my waist line and how I look a little bit more slimmed.
