Small Steps...Big Changes
Working in the corporate world, I am very familiar with Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and vending machines. That was the majority of my food consumption during the day…sugar and caffeine. My thought as a customer when YOR Heath initially launched was one of cautious excitement. I was excited because I was always looking for products to improve my health and fitness. I was cautious at the same time because nothing really worked for the long term for me. After trying the MRP, I felt this was the best tasting meal replacement drink I’ve had. It made it simple to be able to take it every morning. Working the 9-5 grind, I don’t have much time for breakfast. My breakfast time is spent hitting the snooze button, so when I realized I could make myself a shake in less than two minutes, I started taking it for my first meal of the day, every day.

To top it off, it helped me build a habit of using the other products that YOR offered. I take the Essential Vitamin and CompleteBurn each morning alongside my MRP. With the combination of those three things, I have enough to last me till lunch.

Along with the practicality of the product, it also encouraged me to start working out again. In April of this year, I had ballooned to 157 lbs because of my love for good food. Keep in mind I am 5’2”, and shouldn’t be weighing this much. Since then, I worked my way down to 152, before YOR Health launched. Since YOR Health launched, I found new inspiration to lose weight and work out and build good habits. I am down to 140lbs, give or take a good meal because I still love good food! I have no doubt that I can keep this consistent even with the limited time of having a full time job and participating in the YOR distribution community. I feel better, look better, and most of all, I have and improved belief that I can do anything that I set my mind to. Thank you…YOR!
