Hola soy Luis Valdez. Yo siempre he sido un persona delgada pero flácido; hacia ejercicio pero nunca había podido hacer músculos. Yo tenia la idea de que para hacer músculos, solo se necesitaba hacer ejercicio y no hacer dieta, hacia abdominales y no tenia resultado, me desesperaba.
