Growing up I was always active in athletics. Year round I was in good shape and had energy. Starting when I attended college I noticed myself needing coffee and energy drinks to stay awake & active during the day. Then after working full time in an office, I started to see myself lose muscle and feel weak.

At this time I also noticed that I seemed most tired after meals, and that I would feel indigestion and heartburn after some meals. I was feeling tired every day and it was irritating.
