What Is Life Without Health?
Everybody comes to a point in their life when you start to think about your health and well being. For me, that was when I learned that YOR Health was launching last May 2008. I’ve used every product that has been released and have had some amazing results.
In the past I would have very inconsistent energy. One moment I would be wide awake, the next moment I would feel drowsy and like my mind was clouded. This would happen especially in the middle of the day, when I needed energy the most. I would fall asleep while driving, in meetings, even in the middle of conversations. I’ve had my fair share of embarrassing moments lol. Sometimes on the weekends I would sleep in for 12-16 hours because I felt like I didn’t get enough sleep during the week. My friends were very concerned about me; they even asked me if I was depressed. I always replied that I was simply just tired and didn’t know why. After taking the products (MRP, SuperGreens, Essential Vitamin, and Digestive Enzymes), I feel that my energy level has improved drastically. I don’t feel as tired in the middle of the day and no longer have to sleep for 12-16 hours like I used to. I now understand that it must be because my body is getter better nutrition and is in better balance.
I know this is a touchy subject for many, but I always thought going to the restroom once every other day was normal. And I’m not talking about going #1, but #2. Not until I learned about health did I find out that a healthy person should be going 2-3 times a day. On top of that, it should be a relatively quick and easy process. I know for me many times I would spend up to 30 minutes or more in the bathroom. My friends would make fun of me and ask me if I was in labor lol. It got to the point where I accepted it and just read in the bathroom, I could finish chapters in the bathroom with ease. Now, after learning about Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics, I barely even have a chance to pick up a book. I’m now in and out about 2 times a day, quick style and it feels great!
Getting sick is something that I’ve grown accustomed to about 4 times a year. Usually when the seasons change and there are those hot days followed by cold days or vice versa, I start getting the itchy feeling in my throat and before you know it, the cold or flu has arrived. Learning about antioxidants and boosting my immune system through the Essential Vitamins, SuperGreens, and Probiotics has, so far, kept me sick free for an entire year!
I have combination oily/dry skin. The T-zone area on my face (forehead and nose) has always been extra oily, but the rest of my face and body would get dry easily, especially during the winter. So I’ve always struggled with using products that would either overly dry out my skin or not be able to control my acne. I tried many name brand skincare products, but nothing seemed to work. Eventually I learned that good skin comes from the inside; that healthy skin must have a balance of vitamin, minerals, and antioxidants. Digestive Enzymes, Essential Vitamin, and SuperGreens have definitely helped with that. Today my skin has cleared up considerably; it is not as oily or dry as it used to be. The best part is that I barely need to use skincare products nowadays, my face wash is water!
After 3 years of playing varsity volleyball in high school, I stopped for 9 years. This past year, I got back into it because I wanted to make a conscious effort to keep active and workout. To my surprise, after a few months of playing about once a week, I realized that I am now jumping higher than when I was in high school. Back then I was training for hours everyday, but I believe that because of better health I am actually performing better.
Also, I recently took up road cycling as my form of cardio workout. Not too long ago I went on my longest ride thus far, 30 miles! I know for a veteran cyclist that’s a short distance, but it was a huge accomplishment for me. Before, working out always seemed like a chore where I would have to force myself to do it, but now I feel energized and have the drive to take care of my body from the MRP, Vitamins, and Repair.
Weight has always been a struggle for me my entire life. As far back as I can remember, my doctor would always tell me that I was underweight for my age. My classmates called me every name a thin guy would get called: Skinny, Lanky, Chopstick, etc. It’s always been easier for me to lose weight than gain weight. Learning about calorie control has helped me to maintain my weight and even gain weight, which I haven’t been able to do my entire life. Thanks to the MRP and better eating habits, I’ve gained 5 pounds of lean body mass so far!
