Ingredients:
Pudding
1 Scoop YOR Shake (Vanilla or Chocolate)
About 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
Topping
Fruit of your choice (I used blueberries, raspberries and strawberries)
Garnished with mixed nuts and malt extract
Preparation:
Add ingredients to a bowl
Add another scoop depending on how sweet you want your pudding to be
Gradually add water whilst mixing until chia mixture becomes thick

Ingredients:
2 Scoops of Vanilla YOR Shake
3 Egg whites
¼ cup (2 oz) of water
1 Slice of Turkey Bacon
1 Whole Egg
Coconut oil spray
2 Tbs. of Honey (optional)
Preparation:
Protein Waffle*
In a mixing bowl add 3 egg whites, YOR Shake, and water
Spray waffle maker with coconut oil spray and pour the mix into a waffle maker
Cook until golden brown
Egg
In a small pan spray with coconut oil spray and cook egg to taste
Turkey Bacon
In a small pan spray with coconut oil spray and cook turkey bacon
Assemble waffle sandwich and drizzle with honey (optional).
TIP: Outtara’s waffle recipe can also be used for pancakes or crepes!

Ingredients:
1 scoop of Chocolate YOR Shake
1 Filo pastry sheet
1 Egg
6 Strawberries
2.5 oz (75 ml) Natural yogurt
1 packet natural gelatin
1 Tablespoon water
Butter (to grease pan)
Preparation:
Pre-heat oven at 350 F (180º C)
Whip one egg in a bowl and glaze the filo pastry, fold in four
Grease or place wax paper on a baking pan or dish
Place the filo pastry in the pan and bake for 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden and crunchy, and let cool
Mix one tablespoon of water with gelatin
Blend natural yogurt, YOR Shake and 4 chopped strawberries
Add gelatin to the blended mixture (consistency should be a bit more solid than a mousse)
Pour the mix into the filo pastry
Refrigerate until solid
Top with 2 sliced strawberries
