Ingredients:
2 scoops YOR Shake
1 scoop YOR Supergreens
1 scoop YOR Fiber Plus
10 organic Blueberries frozen
1 tbsp organic Chia seeds*
1 tbsp Maca powder
1 tbsp Organic cocoa powder
1 tbsp Coconut oil (cold press)
400 ml Water (Room temperature)
Preparation: Add ingredients to blender
Mix on high about 1 minute
Serve immediately after blending to enjoy the frothiness

*Chia gel I prepare day earlier and refrigerate. I mix together chia and water. Let chia stand for 15 to 30 minutes, stirring with a whisk to prevent clumping and then refrigerate.

Ingredients:
Cake Batter
2 scoops Vanilla YOR Shake
1 scoop YOR Fiber Plus
1/2 small carrot (grated)
1 Banana
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
60 ml of unsweetened Almond milk
1 Egg
Icing
1 scoop Vanilla YOR Shake
30ml unsweetened Almond milk
2 Walnuts for garnish
Preparation: Add Vanilla YOR Shake, YOR Fiber Plus, banana, cinnamon, almond milk, and egg to blender
Mix on high 5 - 10 seconds
Transfer mix to a bowl
Add carrot and walnuts, and mix in with a fork
Microwave on high for about 3 minutes (time varies depending on microwave)**
While cake batter is in microwave, mix Icing ingredients together
When cake batter is done, add icing on top, garnish and voilà!

Ingredients:
1 YOR Berry Blast packet
1/2 cup of natural unsweetened Greek yogurt (It can also be replaced with natural jocoque).
1/2 cup of frozen Berries (I use a strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry mix).
Preparation: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1 minute until consistency is smooth
You may need a spoon to transfer mix into a bowl
Add fresh fruit on top to taste and enjoy!
