Put your chef's hat on and give us your best healthy and delicious recipes using YOR Health Products! The winners will win 1,000 REWARDS POINTS and be featured on our Recipe Website and in our next issue of EDIFY Magazine!

Participants will need to meet the following criteria:

• Creativity
• Balance (YOR Health Product to additions)
• Presentation

Here's How It Works:

1. Prepare your dish/smoothie/shake with at least one of the following YOR Health products: Chocolate YOR Shake, Vanilla YOR Shake, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast or YOR Fiber Plus.
2. Send your recipe, photos, and your Customer ID to: recipes@yorcorp.com.
3. YOR Health will choose 3 Winning Recipes (1 each from AU, MX and US/INTL), to be featured in our next issue of EDIFY Magazine and on our Recipes website.

SUBMIT BY April 15, 2016 @ 6PM Pacific

IMPORTANT RULES

• Participants must use at least one of the following YOR Health products in their recipe: Chocolate YOR Shake, Vanilla YOR Shake, YOR SuperGreens, YOR Berry Blast or YOR Fiber Plus.
• Participants can enter the challenge more than once with different recipes. If more than one participant enters the same recipe, we will only consider the first entry.
• Winning participants will be required to give us their recipe and photos.

PRIZE CLAIM
The winners of the YOR Recipe Challenge will be announced in our next issue of EDIFY Magazine.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You may enter as many times as you like. One person cannot win more than one prize. The 3 winners will be chosen at YOR Health's discretion. Void where prohibited by law. Affidavit (declaration) of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance agreement may be required.
1. Contest Eligibility: Entrants must be the age of majority within the jurisdiction/province where the entrant resides at time of entry in the Promotion. Employees of YOR Health ("Sponsor") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, officers, fulfillment and judging/Contest agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Parties"), and each of their immediate family members and/or household members (whether legally related or not) of the Contest Parties are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter to win.
2. Void Where Prohibited: The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or limited by law.
3. Sponsor: YOR Health
4. Agreement to Official Rules: By submitting an entry, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.
5. Promotion Period: The promotion period will begin Cycle 11, Week 41 on October 3, 2015 at 10:00am Pacific Time, and end on Cycle 4, Week 16 on April 15, 2016 at 6:00pm Pacific Time ("Promotion Period").
6. How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to email their entry to: recipes@yorcorp.com. To be eligible, entrants must provide any and all required information. Each individual may enter the Promotion infinite times per duration of contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries which are (a) incomplete, (b) suspected of being false, answered in bad faith, or unacceptable, or (c) illegible. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
7. Selection of Winning Entries: Three (3) grand prize winning entrants will be determined on April 30, 2016.
8. Notification and Requirements of Potential Winners: When our winners are chosen, a Sponsor representative will contact winner via email within 48 hours. Once the winner has been contacted, the prizes (1,000 Rewards Points per winner) will be deposited into their YOR Rewards account on or after April 30, 2016.
