YOR Peppermint Shake

We’re getting festive this year in the YOR Health kitchen. Our latest YOR Peppermint Shake recipe is inspired by Candy Canes! It’s THE holiday shake of the season, and caused a shake frenzy at the YOR Health Corporate Office. It’s seriously THAT good! Mix up this festive treat for your friends and family this year, they’ll love this Candy Cane shake, which would be great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a snack or dessert. A sweet treat, that’s also good for you!



Just simply put all the ingredients below into your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: (makes 1 serving)
  • 1 Medium Ripe Banana
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla YOR Shake
  • 2-3 Drops Peppermint Extract (add more as needed)
  • 1 TBSP Coconut Oil
  • 4 Large Ice Cubes
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 1 Small Peppermint Candy Cane (optional)
