INGREDIENTS
  • 2 scoops Vanilla YOR Shake
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin (canned or pureed from cooked pumpkin)
  • 1 medium banana (if not frozen, use ice cubes for a cold shake)
  • 1 tsp. Honey or sweetener of choice
  • ½ tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice (add more spice as needed)
